About me
Behavioural optometry is a discipline that sits at the centre of a surprisingly wide clinical web. A child who struggles to read, can't sit still, has poor handwriting or coordination are often the patients an OT, psychologist or paediatrician sees first. But behind many of these presentations sits a vision problem that hasn't been identified yet. I have built my career at the intersection where behavioural optometry connects with disability, paediatrics, neuro, aged care and beyond. My practice doesn't exist in isolation. The best outcomes for my patients depend on other disciplines too.
