Women’s health naturopath with a strong focus on evidence-based care and working collaboratively alongside other healthcare providers to help fill gaps and improve patient outcomes. I primarily provide individualised nutrition and lifestyle support, using behaviour-based strategies to support realistic, long-term change. I particularly value collaborative care for complex patients and helping patients collate their health history, investigations and relevant information so they can communicate more effectively with their GP, specialists and other healthcare providers. My goal is to complement existing medical care and help patients feel supported with a clear, coordinated approach to their health.
