About this role
This is a senior clinical role with a leadership pathway attached, not a caseload with a bigger title.
You'll hold a reduced direct caseload to make room for the work that shapes a clinic: supervising three to four earlier-career clinicians, leading fortnightly case discussions, and helping set the clinical direction of a growing service. Your caseload itself stays varied and interesting, with scope to build a specialty stream around your clinical interests.
What makes this role different is the structure behind it. Supervision is scheduled, not squeezed in. Admin time is protected and respected. Your CPD/CE budget is yours to direct toward the areas you actually want to grow in, and your hours are tracked automatically through your Hub profile. What you'll bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Allied Health discipline
Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional body membership
Minimum 3 years clinical experience
Experience supervising or mentoring earlier-career professionals
Confident working within a multidisciplinary team
Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check
