Our well-equipped clinic offers dedicated movement and play spaces, extensive equipment and a large resource room, giving you space to turn thoughtful clinical reasoning into engaging, purposeful therapy. Your work will include assessments, play-based intervention and collaboration with families and educators, using a child-led, family-centred and neuroaffirming approach. You’ll work predominantly in our Brisbane clinic, with school, kindergarten, home and community visits where relevant. You’ll work alongside OTs and a speech therapist, with strong Practice Manager and admin support. We offer: - weekly or fortnightly individual clinical supervision tailored to your experience, plus monthly peer supervision with our highly experienced clinic owner. - Fortnightly team meetings and monthly internal professional development, including external speakers. - Up to $2,000 annual professional development budget and two paid professional development leave days. - Structured onboarding, opportunities to shadow colleagues and time to settle into your role. - Above-award pay, a reward program with opportunities to earn beyond your base salary, and flexible scheduling within our clinic hours of 7:00 am–5:00 pm. - Good people.
