About me
Aaron Garth is a social worker, AASW-accredited and supervision subject matter expert, and the founder and CEO of Ultimate Youth Worker and Ultimate EAP. He has worked in the social and community services sector since 2002, with a particular focus on professional supervision, workforce development, and the organisational conditions that allow practitioners to do sustainable, ethical work. His practice is grounded in the belief that the quality of support workers receive directly shapes the quality of care they provide. Aaron holds a current practice across supervision, training, and employee assistance, and is a PhD candidate in Social Science at RMIT University researching fathering as a relational process. He is committed to building a more professionalised, critically reflective social work and youth work workforce in Australia.
